Sometimes. Properties just outside a current route may be considered when there is enough nearby demand or room to extend a crew’s route without reducing service reliability for existing customers.

Send your address even if it is not shown in a highlighted service area. Keystone can review how close it is to an active route and whether upcoming route changes may create an opening.
If service is not currently available, the team can let you know rather than asking you to commit before coverage is confirmed.
