Questions, Answered.
Simple answers about preparing your property, seasonal timing, pricing, and what to expect when our crew arrives.
Before & During Service
Where should vehicles be parked?
Please move vehicles off the driveway whenever possible. If a vehicle cannot be moved, park it as close to the garage as possible so our crew can clear the largest safe portion of the driveway.
When do you service properties?
Our crews begin servicing routes as soon as the snowfall has stopped. Timing can vary with storm length, snowfall totals, road conditions, and the order of properties on the route.
What should be removed from the driveway?
Please remove extension cords, hoses, toys, tools, decorations, loose mats, and anything else left outside before snowfall. Keeping the driveway and walkway clear helps protect your belongings and our equipment.
Can customers sign up after the season starts?
Yes. Customers can begin a seasonal plan in November or later with no additional start-up charge. Requests to begin in a different month or for a shortened custom term may be subject to additional charges.
What does the monthly snow removal price include?
The listed monthly price includes driveway clearing. One standard walkway and the steps to the front door can be added for $10 per month. All prices are subject to GST.
What if my driveway is larger than six-car capacity?
We provide custom quotes for larger driveways, extra parking areas, multiple entrances, unusual layouts, and other special requests.
How do I confirm that my neighbourhood is on a route?
Review our Routes page, then send your address with a quote request. Routes can change as the season progresses, so we confirm availability for every property.
